Terms of Service

The app lets a store offer pickup point selection to its customers and records the selected pickup point on the Shopify order.

The app does not calculate shipping rates, does not create, modify or reorder Shopify shipping methods, does not replace a delivery address, and does not create shipments or shipping labels. Those remain the merchant's responsibility in Shopify and in their own logistics workflow.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining their own shipping rates and zones in Shopify, for choosing which shipping options represent pickup, for the accuracy of the storefront text they configure, and for complying with the laws that apply to their store and its customers.

Merchants are responsible for confirming that a selected pickup point is served by their own logistics arrangement before shipping to it.

Subscriptions are created, charged and cancelled through Shopify. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and charges appear on the store's regular Shopify invoice in USD.

Changing plans applies immediately and Shopify prorates the difference. Cancelling stops future charges; Shopify's own refund terms govern amounts already invoiced.

The app depends on Shopify and on pickup point and mapping providers. Availability of those services is outside our control, and the app may be updated or changed to keep working with them.

Where a dependency is unavailable, the app is designed to prefer blocking a pickup shipping option over letting an order through without a pickup point.

The app is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, shipping costs or delivery delays.
